Olive oil, sunflower oil or other cooking oils, vinegar, soy sauce or lemon juice. Very thick oils may spray less well when cold.
The inner tube has a metal filter at the tip that prevents clogging. If it starts spraying less well, fill the bottle with warm water and press a few times to clean it.
Unscrew the head, refill through the wide opening and close it again. Wash the glass with hot soapy water; the head is best washed by hand.
